The fourplex concept

Four homes in a building that looks like one large house: shingled gables, board-and-batten and a stone base behind a covered front porch. We designed it for a corner lot, or for a lot with a driveway up the side. A two-bedroom unit on the main floor opens straight into its garage. Upstairs are two more units, one with a bedroom and a den and one with two bedrooms, each with a covered balcony. At the top, a two-bedroom unit under the eaves has a large living room and a big balcony. Each unit has its own garage at the back.
